This is a shared luxury shuttle-style Gala experience. Multiple registered UE guests will receive scheduled transportation windows throughout the evening. Your reservation is for your individual seat and luxury Gala transportation experience. This offer is NOT a private Rolls-Royce vehicle reservation and does NOT include a personal chauffeur remaining on standby during the Gala.

Standard Gala transportation is provided in a Sprinter Van for up to 10 passengers with scheduled pickup times between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
The Luxe experience provides scheduled round-trip luxury transportation from Hotel at Avalon to the Gala Red Carpet Entrance and back. Vehicles may include a Rolls-Royce Ghost, Mercedes G-Wagon, or Cadillac Escalade. Luxe transportation does not include wait time or a personal chauffeur remaining at the event.
Seminar transportation is provided in a Sprinter Van for up to 10 passengers with scheduled pickup times between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
Alternate pickup and drop-off locations may require customized pricing based on location and mileage.
